With our partners at Empower Work, we’ll also provide mentoring and resources for those undergoing work hardship.

How to access Connection Protection

Make sure you qualify
Connection Protection is available for existing Visible members on monthly plans. You must have completed your first monthly service payment in order to apply for the program. See if you qualify here.

Interested individuals should apply online via the link on Empower Work’s website.

Keep an eye out for an update
After applying, you’ll receive a response within 3 business days from Empower Work. If approved, you’ll receive information on next steps.
