Visible Wireless - Inner Circle

A family plan could never be this flexible

Why create an Inner Circle?

Simplify payments

Set up and manage shared payment responsibilities in one place.

Save on your plan

Save $5/mo on the Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plans, just by joining an Inner Circle.

Share without sharing it all

Sharing an Inner Circle doesn't mean sharing your payment details or account control.

Here’s how it works:

Starting an Inner Circle

  1. If you’re already part of Visible, jump to step 2. If not, join now to get started.
  2. Log in to your account and create an Inner Circle.
  3. Invite your crew. You can have up to 7 Visible members in an Inner Circle, including yourself.

Joining an Inner Circle

  1. Anyone that’s already a member can invite you to join their Inner Circle.
  2. You’ll receive a link with an invitation, accept it within 24 hours, and you’re in.
  3. Choose how you’d like to pay and interact with the other members of your Inner Circle

What to know, and how to get started

You can leave your Circle at any time, and there’s no obligation to receive or give payments to others. With Inner Circle, it’s all in your control.

Frequently asked:

What is Visible Inner Circle?

Visible Inner Circle is Visible’s solution to the antiquated family plan.

It offers members a discount on Visible+ and Visible+ Pro monthly plans, the flexibility of sharing payment responsibilities or the independence of continuing to only pay for one’s self.

Unlike a traditional family plan from other carriers, everyone’s Visible account in the Circle is completely autonomous and information remains private from the other members in the Circle. Members in the Circle can easily control and leave the Circle when they want.

Would Visible Inner Circle be good for me?

If you are looking for a traditional family plan-like experience, then definitely. It allows you to gather your family, group them and manage the payments.

But, with Visible Inner Circle’s unique flexibility, this can also appeal to groups beyond the family. Since members in Visible Inner Circle can choose to continue to pay only for themselves but take advantage of any eligible plan discount, groups of friends, co-workers, roommates, extended family, even total strangers can feel comfortable coming together.

How is this different from other carrier’s family plans?

Other carrier’s family plans have one account owner that manages multiple lines on the account. That account owner is usually responsible for the payment of all the lines and has access to each of the lines details.

Visible’s Inner Circle allows for individual members to connect their accounts to form a group, where each member continues to remain completely autonomous and continue to manage their own accounts. Members in the Inner Circle manage their own plans, manage who they want to pay for and can leave whenever they want.

Is there a primary account owner that controls all the accounts?

While there is an Admin of the Visible Inner Circle, there is no “Primary” account and no one has control over another account.

Members within an Inner Circle can share payment responsibilities but paying member does not have access or ability to change anyone else’s account.

Do I have to pay for everyone in the group?

No, members can continue to just pay for themselves.

How do existing promos work with the Inner Circle plan discount?

Promotions such as device credits and referral credits can stack with the $5 discount on the Visible+ and Visible+ Pro monthly plans.

If the member has other promotional service credits, they will not stack. Instead, the larger credit will take precedent. If the promotional credit is larger than the $5/mo Inner Circle discount but is for a limited time, the Inner Circle discount will begin when the promotional credit ends.

What information is shared between accounts?

The only information seen between members that are in the same Inner Circle are their first name and last initial as well as the last four digits of their mobile number. No other information is shared nor does anyone else have the ability to access each others account.
