I am already on the original Visible+ plan. Do I need to change my plan?

Members who activated their Visible+ plan prior to Mar 27, 2024 can stay on their current plan. our Visible+ plan is not changing. You can keep the same benefits and pricing of your current plan simply by not doing anything!

However, a plan change to the new Visible+ is required in order to enjoy the added features of the new Visible+ plan. For assistance with plan changes visit our help center.

How can I connect a smartwatch?

How can I use my included Global Pass day(s)?

1. Sign in to the Visible app or your Visible account
2. Navigate to Overview section, and select Global Pass
3. Agree to the Global Pass Terms and Conditions, and select Enable Global Pass.

Do I need to have a 5G phone to use the Visible+ plan?

No. You can use your 4G device. However, you need a 5G-capable device in the 5G coverage area to access our 5G networks. Learn more about our coverage, including 5G Ultra Wideband and 5G networks. Or shop 5G devices.
