How to find your IMEI number

iOS

1. Go to Settings > General > About.
2. Find the number listed under IMEI.

Android

1. Go to Settings > About Phone.
2. Find the number listed under IMEI.

Dial *#06# on your phone's keypad to view your IMEI number.

Please note: Your phone must be unlocked to connect to our network. If your phone is being financed through your current carrier, you may be required to pay it off before it's unlocked. Please refer to your specific carrier's lock/unlock policy.

Is your phone unlocked?

Your phone must be unlocked to connect to our network.

How can I check if my phone's unlocked?

You can contact your current carrier to find out or follow the steps below.

On iPhone, go to Settings > General > About and check SIM Lock or Carrier Lock status.

If it says “No SIM Restrictions”, or similar, your phone is most likely unlocked.

On Samsung or Google, go to Settings > About Phone > Network and check SIM Status.

If it says "Network Unlocked", or similar, your phone is most likely unlocked.

What if my phone's locked?

Please reach out to your current carrier to unlock it. Your phone must be unlocked by the carrier.

If my phone is still being financed, is it automatically locked?

Not necessarily. Please contact your current carrier to see what their lock/unlock policy is.
