When I participate in Visible Payback, do I need to send in my old phone?
No! When you participate in Visible Payback, as long as you are a Visible member, you will receive a monthly credit towards your service for 12 months that will add up to be the cost of your new device.
What should I do with my old device?
You are welcome to keep or recycle your old device.
What plans can I choose with Visible Payback?
Since Visible Payback is a monthly service credit for 12 months on select devices, the credits will need to be applied to a monthly plan; Visible or Visible+. The Annual Plan is currently not available to pair with Visible Payback.
