How long will my discount last?
Your discount lasts for 12 months total. This includes your first prepaid service payment.
How do I activate my Best Buy SIM?
To activate your SIM, go to www.visible.com/retail and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your service.
Will I lose my discount if I switch plans?
If you switch to a lower rate, the discount will end. If you switch to a higher rate plan, the discount will continue for the original discounted amount and the guarantee period does not start over.
Can I bring my number from my previous carrier?
Absolutely! You can transfer your number to Visible during the activation process, or activate using a new number, then transfer your old number later.
How do I find my Activation code?
Your activation code is located on your SIM card. This code is required to activate service.
New members that purchase a SIM Kit at a Best Buy retail location or at bestbuy.com and activate service via visible.com/retail qualify to get $6/mo off the $25/mo Visible plan, $6/mo off the $35/mo Visible+ plan, or $10/mo off the $45/mo Visible+ Pro plan for the first 12 months. The unique activation code from the SIM Kit must be entered at visible.com/retail.
