Activate with eSIM

Select eSIM activation when placing your order.

Once your order is complete, follow the steps below to activate your service.

1. Download the Visible app on your phone
   Note: make sure you’re using the phone listed on your order

2. Open app and sign in

3. Verify email

4. Wait for number transfer to complete (if applicable). Tap ‘Proceed to activation’

5. Follow on-screen instructions

6. If asked - name the line, choose default lines and/or toggle on eSIM

7. Return to Visible app

8. Test service
   Make a call, send a text and use some data to make sure your service is working properly.

Bringing your number to Visible?

It's easy - just head to the Visible app and tap 'Transfer your number' on the home tab to start your transfer.
